Empowering Through Education
Our Pathways
Workplace Role Model Pathway
A fashion-led personal and professional development experience for people representing their workplace, profession or community.
Ambassadors develop confidence, communication, presentation, teamwork and professional relationships through photography, preparation, rehearsals, networking, charitable participation and live creative experience.
No modelling experience is required. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, individuality and the willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
Ultimate Model Pathway
A free opportunity to experience the creativity, confidence and excitement of a professionally produced fashion presentation.
Ten participants will be selected to take part in a scene at the FB Fashion Ball, gaining experience of rehearsals, preparation and live production.
One participant will be named the Ultimate Model Pathway Winner and receive a professional model portfolio photoshoot with a local fashion photographer.
No previous modelling experience is required. We are looking for individuality, enthusiasm, potential and a willingness to embrace the experience.
Model Support Pathway
The Model Support Pathway gives volunteer models and ambassadors the opportunity to share selected fashion show experiences with the family members, friends or colleagues whose encouragement matters most.
By bringing each participant’s support network into the experience, the pathway helps remove barriers, build confidence and transform stepping onto the runway into a shared celebration of courage, personal growth and achievement.
Creative Event Volunteer Pathway
Gain practical experience of the many roles involved in delivering a live fashion presentation.
Volunteers may support front-of-house guest experience, backstage coordination, hair and make-up teams, styling, audio-visual production, photography, content creation or event administration.
The programme combines supervised practical experience with opportunities to develop confidence, communication, teamwork and professional skills.
No previous event experience is required for many roles.
Fashion Live Productions
We support fashion shows developed as artistic and cultural productions.
By bringing together design, music, movement, photography, performance and live production, these experiences create opportunities for emerging creatives, participants and audiences to engage with fashion as a living art form.
Our support focuses on creativity, participation and public benefit—not commercial promotion.
Creative Confidence & Opportunity Pathway
The Creative Confidence & Opportunity Pathway provides emerging participants with a supported opportunity to develop confidence, communication and relationship-building skills through real-world creative and professional experiences.
Participants prepare through practical learning and guidance before taking part in a selected fashion-led cultural event, where they can experience a new environment, meet people beyond their usual circles and put their developing skills into practice.
The programme is designed to help participants feel more confident stepping into unfamiliar settings, communicating with others and recognising opportunities to participate, contribute and grow.
For eligible participants, Fashion Impact Foundation may provide supported access where cost or other barriers could otherwise prevent participation.
