The Workplace Role Model Pathway is a distinctive personal and professional development experience that uses fashion and live creative production as a platform to build confidence, raise profiles and create meaningful connections.
Role Models represent their workplace, profession or community while progressing through a supported journey of photography, styling, confidence development, rehearsals, fundraising and live creative participation.
No modelling experience is required. The Pathway is designed for people willing to step beyond the familiar, out of their comfort zone to support others and embrace an unforgettable new experience.
More Than a Moment on the Catwalk
The catwalk is an exciting setting and may provide the stage, but confidence, true identity, connection and personal growth are the true purpose of the pathway.
Throughout the experience, Role Models can develop:

You do not need to be a professional model, work in fashion or have previous catwalk experience.
We are looking for people with character, commitment and individuality who are ready to step forward, participate positively and discover what they are capable of.
